Brand strategy, brand identity, interior branding & marketing for Saudi Arabian restaurant

Capio Diem is a new concept restaurant established in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2015. ID&B was invited to work with the owners in establishing a new brand for the restaurant, the project was made up of four main phases: Brand Strategy, Brand Identity, Interiors and Guidelines. The value proposition, brand architecture, brand profile and identity were established. The design of the trademark and visual language applied to the full range of digital platforms, including digital menus, tablet app, website and social media presence. Brand engagement criteria and brand messaging framework were developed. Concept and design of the restaurant interior branding, internal and external signage and way finding. Concepts for Capio Diem included a fusion of contemporary technologies, lazercutting and handcrafted finishes. Concept and design of all marketing collateral and promotional brand extensions including specialised crockery and cutlery, bespoke food and coffee packaging and custom made playing card boxes. Brand engagement and marketing strategy principles were developed and Brand Guidelines drawn up to cover the implementation of the brand princples and usage of brand assets.
